On March 11, the performance targets for the CTU-Main campus were cascaded as part of Cebu Technological University’s (CTU) two-day activity on Campus Operational Plans (OPs) and 2025 Office Performance Commitment Reviews (OPCRs).
To improve and streamline agency processes and services, this gathering centered on establishing and preparing strategic OP and OPCR for CTU-Main’s college deans and office heads.
University SPMS Planning Officer Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino, Administrative Officer V (HRMO III) Mr. Irvin A. Narsico, and CTU-Main campus director Dr. Gregorio P. Pajaron Jr., led yesterday’s activity, paving the way for unified efforts, establishing measurable targets, and fostering collaboration to address issues and concerns.
Participants engaged in comprehensive discussions on the high-impact initiatives, plans, and goals for the CTU community.
The event brought together the chief administrative officers for Administration and Finance, faculty, deans, and PMTs of the colleges of Education, Engineering, Technology, Arts and Sciences, Computer and Information Technology, and Graduate School.
By finalizing the OPs and 2025 OPCRs and cascading the performance targets, the university can achieve a unified direction and commitment to attaining significant progress and growth.
