Cebu Technological University (CTU) President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito serves as a panel evaluator at the 6th International Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Management Congress held in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, from March 18-20, 2025.
Dr. Pepito, along with other Philippine state universities and colleges (SUCs), private higher education institutions (HEIs), and government agencies, participated in this congress, which seeks to bolster RDE management capabilities, boost global partnership and innovation, and propel sustainable development and economic growth.
The evaluation for the IRDEMC 2025 paper presentation sessions focused on R&D Management as a Gateway to Internationalization and on the following areas: Agriculture, Aquatic, Environment, Education & Social Sciences, and Natural Resources, ICT & Technology and Business & Economy.
This year’s international congress is organized by the Philippine Association of Research Managers, Inc. (PHILARM), in affiliation with Saigon Business School, DOST-PCAARRD, SEARCA, Marinduque State University, and the Philippine School of Business Administration.
