On February 28, key officials of Cebu Technological University marked a strategic planning session, focusing on cascading performance targets, formulating the campus Operational Plan (OP), and discussing the 2025 campus Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR).
The meeting, held at the President’s Office Conference Room, aimed to drive strategic alignment, cultivate accountability, and promote joint efforts within the university.
Participating in this endeavor were CTU key officials, including CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, represented by his executive assistant, and the vice presidents, chief administrative officers, campus directors, planning officers, and university directors, among others.
In today’s meeting, campus directors had a workshop to prepare for the development of their OP and 2025 OPCR, acquiring valuable insights on aligning these with the university’s strategic goals and objectives.
To recall, key officials underwent meetings about the Performance Planning and Commitment Meeting held on February 19, 2025, establishing strategic plans and performance targets for university success. Recently, they reconvened in a meeting on February 26, to finalize the OP and 2025 OPCR.
This initiative equipped stakeholders with crucial knowledge, skills, and means to develop impactful OP and OPCR, fostering institutional excellence.
