To elevate its global collaboration and initiatives, Cebu Technological University (CTU) inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Saigon Business School (SBS) in Vietnam.

Representing the university, CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito showed his firm commitment to advancing CTU’s global relevance in education and research, while also stressing the university’s aim to nurture international collaboration with the Saigon Business School, led by Managing Director Hoang Van Cuong.

The MOA signing affirms the joint efforts and commitment of CTU and SBS to internationalization, driving excellence in globalized learning and research, and enabling sustainable development goals.

Aside from CTU, more than ten esteemed universities and research institutions in the Philippines also signed MOAs with SBS, which organized and co-hosted the ‘6th International Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Management Congress,’ in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, from March 18 to 20, 2025.
