In line with the university’s commitment to advancing organizational performance and quality management system processes, ten satellite campuses of Cebu Technological University (CTU) received their ISO 9001:2015 certificates on March 13, at the Centennial Building, CTU-Main Campus.
CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, together with TUV Rheinland Philippines Inc.’s Branch Officer for VisMin, Ms. Sarah Jean H. Mayol, and CTU vice presidents, conferred the ISO 9001:2015 certificates to the campus directors of CTU’s ten sites or satellite campuses: CTU-Main, Danao, Carmen, Tuburan, Daanbantayan, San Francisco, Argao, Barili, Moalboal, and CCMSC.
In his speech, Dr. Pepito stated, “Today, as we receive the TUV Rheinland certification, we reaffirm our dedication to sustaining and improving the quality management system in alignment with ISO standards and upholding the highest standards in education, and of courseโฆin the public service.”
The event brought together quality assurance chairpersons, auditors, and other key personnel across CTU campuses, highlighting the final recertification audit report, and underlining the effective implementation of the management system, compliance, and areas for refinement.
The awarding of certificates proves that CTU’s satellite campuses have met the requirements and standards of ISO 9001:2015 for the university’s enhanced quality management systems.
