Cebu Technological University’s (CTU) satellite and extension campuses convened for a collaborative discussion on the university targets and budget for 2026 today at the Conference Room, Centennial Building, CTU-Main.

In adherence to accountability, transparency, and good governance, the presentations of performance targets and commitment, as well as the university budget for fiscal year 2026, and orientation on RA 12009, or the “New Government Procurement Act,” were underlined.

Budget officers across CTU campuses, along with the vice presidents, chief administrative officials for Finance and Administration, HRMO personnel, faculty regent, campus directors, planning and procurement officers, and CTU-Main college deans, among others, attended the event.

In line with CTU’s drive to prosper as one of the nation’s top-tier higher education institutions (HEIs), it is imperative to set realistic, deliberate, and sustainable goals and targets via the joint efforts of the CTU community.

Meanwhile, the initiative will resume tomorrow, April 11, centering on the presentation of the campus directors and CTU-Main’s college deans on the first quarter physical and financial report and the accomplishment of the university’s strategic targets. Also, the proposed University Austerity Measures Policy and crafting of the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the medical allowance will be discussed.
