𝗖𝗧𝗨’𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

To improve strategic financial planning, the Budget Office of Cebu Technological University (CTU) successfully conducted its three-day ‘Financial Assessment and Performance Planning’ initiative on May 21 to 23, 2025, at CTU-Daanbantayan.

Discussions centered on the status update and compliance timeline on audit observations per campus, review of guidelines on Representation and Transportation Allowance (RATA), overtime pay policies and procedures, and open forum.

The activity was led by CTU-Daanbantayan Campus Director Dr. Ruben M. Ungui and featured resource speakers, namely Dr. Emma R. Sacan, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Finance, and Prof. Marilou Godinez, GAD Director at CTU-Daanbantayan

The three-day initiative aimed to assess and enhance strategic financial management practices, facilitate informed decision-making for budget planning and resource allocation, and ensure sustainability.

Attendees were budget and campus cashiers, accountants, and bookkeepers from across all campuses, among others.
