In pursuit of institutional excellence, key officials and personnel of Cebu Technological University (CTU) met for a two-day initial discussion on the Five-Year Strategic Plan, held from June 2 to 3, 2025, at the President’s Office Conference Room.

The meeting aimed to align strategic goals and objectives, create effective action plans, define target outcomes, allocate resources, identify potential challenges, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and set timelines with key milestones.

Discussions laid the groundwork for more impactful and collaborative initiatives across key areas, including academic and student affairs, administration and finance, research and development, production, extension, and resource generation, among others.

With CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito at the helm, joined by Vice Presidents Dr. Reylan G. Capuno, Dr. Romeo P. Montecillo, Dr. Pet Roey L. Pascual, Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta Jr., and Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, along with Dr. Adrian P. Ybaรฑez, Presidential Assistant for World University Rankings, Executive Assistant IV Atty. Rodmarc P. Sanchez, and other officials. The activity was led by the University Planning and Development Office.

Meanwhile, CTU will kick off its finalization meeting of the Five-Year Strategic Plan (2025-2029) on June 5 to 6, 2025, a continuation of the initial discussions held on June 2 to 4. It will gather 50 key stakeholders from across CTU campuses to finalize and refine university strategies aligned with CTU’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
