Two faculty members of CTU-Main Campus made notable achievements at the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementors Inc. (PAEPI-National) International Extension Congress 2025, held from June 10 to 13, 2025, at the Del Carmen Convention Center, Del Carmen, Siargao Island, Surigao Del Norte.
Dr. Jabin J. Deguma from the College of Education of CTU Main Campus was awarded “3rd Place for Best Paper Award” for his presentation entitled “TInduG BHWs “Tawag INisyatiba, pangalagaD inUbanag Gugma alang sa Barangay Health Workers” under the thematic area HEALTH, NUTRITION, AND WELLNESS.
Meanwhile, Dr. Anne S. Lorca from the College of Arts and Sciences of CTU Main Campus officially took her oath as the Vice President of the PAEPI Central Visayas Chapter, marking a significant milestone in her leadership role within the extension community.
The event was co-organized by the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementors Inc. (PAEPI-National) and Surigao Del Norte State University (SNSU) in partnership with North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU), with the theme โEmbracing Science and Technology-Driven Extension Platforms for Sustainable and Inclusive Communities.”
