In a bid to fortify CTU’s drive for good governance and institutional growth, CTU personnel gathered for the 2nd Quarter Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) and University Performance Management Team (PMT) meeting on July 8 at CTU Main Campus.
The agenda focused on presenting 2nd quarter accomplishments for FY 2025, along with the physical and financial reports from satellite campuses and colleges. Discussions also tackled challenges and refocused targets with institutional priorities.
The meeting sought to “monitor campus and college performance, reinforce institutional accountability, and provide direct reporting mechanisms to ease the workload of the Planning and Finance Offices.”
Budget implementation issues were also discussed: the utilization of savings from the previous year and strategies for optimizing remaining funds within the fiscal year. Notably, the University Planning Office presented an in-depth university-level performance report, stressing CTUโs 2nd quarter achievements and challenges across all levels.
In closing, the meeting underlined the value of prompt action, synergy, accountability, transparency, and shared commitment among the CTU community in pursuit of institutional progress.
