To ensure fund optimization, timely program delivery, and project execution, CTU-Main Campus led a Campus Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) meeting and Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) presentation today, July 4, at Function Hall A.
The initiative aligns with Department of Budget and Management Circular No. 2015-8, requiring agency FDUs to oversee program and project implementation and optimize budget utilization.
Supervising Administrative Officer Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino stressed a key agency FDU function: “To closely track the progress of programs and projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness measures consistent with targets, schedules, and budgets.”
The meeting further discussed OPCRs across various units, including campus directors in Naga, Dumanjug, and San Fernando, and colleges such as CICT, Technology, Arts and Sciences, Education, Engineering, and Management and Entrepreneurship, and others.
Present in this meeting were CTU Main Campus Director Dr. Gregorio P. Pajaron Jr., OIC Chief Administrative Officer for Administration Dr. Amelia Girly L. Aranas, deans, university directors, HRMO personnel, planning officers, and non-teaching staff, among others.
