To reinforce its internal quality assurance processes, CTU completed a three-day pre-audit-related activity, from July 29 to 31, 2025, at the Functional Hall, CN Building, CTU Main Campus.

The event gathered campus directors and internal auditors to align on audit procedures and best practices.

Day 1 featured the IQA planning meeting, led by University QMR Miss Bernadette F. Mante. It focused on reviewing the 2024 recertification audit results and refining the IQA process.SD

On Day 2, the focus shifted to the pre-audit coordination meeting. Dr. Bonifacio M. Amper Jr. discussed key audit processes, including opening meeting highlights (ISO 19011:2018), guidelines for auditors, and writing nonconformances.

Day 3 concluded with a simulation of the opening program per campus and the finalization of the audit itinerary and plan, preparing the team for smooth audit implementation. The event highlighted CTUโ€™s continued commitment to quality and excellence.
