Key officials and personnel of Cebu Technological University (CTU) convened for a two-day ‘University Performance Management Team (PMT)’ meeting held at CTU Main Campus and via online, from July 24 to 25, 2025.
Led by the Office of the University Planning and Development and Human Resource Management Office, the gathering centered on the validation of the rated OPCR (January 2025-June 2025), program accreditations, employability tracing, research, student manual, university strategic priorities, and implementation and updates of digitalization of systems and processes, among others.
The two-day meeting brought together campus directors, HRMO personnel, office heads, and other concerned personnel from across campuses.
With this initiative, the university and its stakeholders further outlined clear objectives and priorities, established timelines, and strengthened accountability mechanisms and collaboration.
