The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at CTU successfully facilitated its OPCR Cascading Workshop on Friday, August 8, 2025, augmenting its student-driven approaches, programs, and initiatives.

With Dr. Romeo P. Montecillo at the helm, the discussion explored OVPSA’s strategic plans and objectives, including specific targets for GAD-centered student activities, employability, budget planning, health support services, technology integration, sports hubs, cultural and arts activities, and library expenditures, among others.

The workshop was further led by Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino, SADOF-HRMO IV; Mr. Irvin A. Narsico, Administrative Officer V; and Ms. Donavelle T. Mantos, Operations Assistant for VPSA and Career, bringing together university directors under OVPSA and other concerned personnel.

In this effort, CTU’s OVPSA lays the groundwork for sustained progress and synergy, catalyzing student-centered programs and institutional excellence.
