The Cebu Technological University Faculty Association (CTUFA) has elected new officers on August 29 at the CebuTech Gymnatorium, marking a bold step toward stronger shared governance and faculty empowerment.
Serving as a cornerstone in promoting CTU’s foundational principles—CTUFA plays a vital role in shaping policy, advancing academic standards, and cultivating pathways to student and faculty success.
During a courtesy visit to CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito on Monday, September 8, the newly elected officers, led by CTUFA President Dr. Catalino Jimmy B. Pescadero, reaffirmed their collective commitment to transparent leadership, principled governance, and the promotion of faculty welfare across the university.
The event laid the groundwork for deeper faculty engagement and a more collaborative direction for CTU, boosting efforts aligned with the university’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives (VMGO), and thereby fostering institutional excellence.
