ACCREDITATION UPDATE: Three Cebu Technological University (CTU) campuses—Argao, Moalboal, and San Francisco—successfully completed their Level II Accreditation, led by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc., held virtually from October 6 to 10.
The week-long evaluation centered on the following academic programs:
CTU ARGAO
• Master of Arts in Education major in Teaching Mathematics
CTU MOALBOAL
• Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics
CTU SAN FRANCISCO
• Master of Technology and Vocational Education major in Home Economics Technology
Overall Coordinator Dr. Erwin P. Lacanlale led the survey team. Accreditors, campus directors, and University Director for Quality Assurance Dr. Meralei J. Lawas attended the online accreditation, which concluded on October 10 at 1 PM.
The online accreditation marks a key step for CTU, highlighting the university’s commitment to academic quality and ensuring its programs achieve national standards in serving students and communities.
