Argao Academic to Speak to Mexican Faculty and Students

Dr. Luiscel Teofi Cabico’s pioneering talk with the Business School faculty and students of Universidad Cristóbal Colón (UCC) in Veracruz, Mexico, on October 28 foregrounds CTU Tuburan’s academic engagement this year.

This event came on the heels of CTU’s dialogue with UCC a few weeks earlier, during which a range of potential lecture topics was presented. Among these, Dr. Cabico’s talk on “Active Listening for the 21st Century Leader: Elevating Communication, Trust, and Results” was specifically identified.

The lecture aims to equip students with practical tools to enhance their listening abilities, build trust, and achieve impactful results in their future careers, reflecting its strong alignment with the needs of UCC’s Business School students.

Both institutions are finalizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to ensure that events being lined up are acted upon to sustain this momentum, including research collaborations and exchange programs for both students and faculty.

Additionally, Dr. Angen May Charcos of CTU Tuburan has also received an invitation from UCC for an on-site engagement slated for early December.

Interested collaborators are encouraged to stay tuned for registration details, as this event forms part of CTU’s broader global positionality campaign.

Through initiatives like this, the University’s internationalization arm aims to expand its academic and research network—particularly across Latin America. /Internationalization and ASEAN Integration
