Jonalyn Maestrado Dalanon of Cebu Technological University (CTU)–Carmen Campus ranked Top 1 in the October 2025 Fisheries Professional Licensure Examination with an outstanding 91.25% rating, based on results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on October 15, 2025.
Out of 2,165 examinees, 1,507 passed the board, with Ms. Dalanon of CTU Carmen claiming the top spot.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries program and a scholar of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Dalanon exemplifies CTU Carmen’s commitment to academic excellence.
The campus, under the leadership of Dr. Anthony Ilano, also achieved an impressive 77% passing rate, further strengthening its reputation as a leading institution in fisheries education and training.
