CTU Main reinforces education delivery through First ISO Audit

Cebu Technological University–Main Campus culminated its first Surveillance Audit 2025 under ISO 9001:2015 on Thursday, November 27, reinforcing education delivery and ensuring institutional effectiveness in line with international quality standards.

During today’s closing program, Audit Leader Jogina Mendiola presented the findings, shared the final impressions, and delivered the concluding statement. The conduct of the surveillance audit was spearheaded by Ms. Mendiola, together with her team from TUV Rheinland, composed of Ms. Mary Grace Balobalo, Mr. Rolando Remitar, Mr. Ricky Inocencio, Mr. John Francis Faustorilla Jr., and Mr. Ernesto Demoy.

In her message, Ms. Mendiola said, “On behalf of TUV Rheinland, we would like to thank CTU for the trust and partnership extended to us in the overall assessment and evaluation of its implementation of the quality management system.”

Meanwhile, in his speech, Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, Vice President for Administration and Finance, affirmed that the university will comply with the audit findings and remain committed to addressing the identified areas of improvement.

With leadership and quality assurance teams prepared for ISO 9001:2015 implementation, the university takes a significant step toward better educational outcomes, higher stakeholder satisfaction, and continued institutional growth.
