Cebu Technological University (CTU) suspends all classes and academic activities (both synchronous and asynchronous) on Monday and Tuesday, November 10-11, 2025, following Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued by Malacañang.
This decision provides students and faculty time to recover from the impact of ‘Typhoon Tino’ and prepare for the anticipated severe effects of Super Typhoon ‘Uwan,’ which is currently affecting Cebu.
Administrative and non-essential operations will continue under the existing Work-From-Home (WFH) setup during the same period.
Additionally, Campus Directors are advised to deploy only essential personnel for security, damage assessment, and urgent maintenance, ensuring safety and flexible arrangements.
This advisory is issued pursuant to CTU Memorandum No. PK09-366, s. 2025, signed today by University President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito.
CTU stands in solidarity with its community and remains committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its entire community during this time of crisis.
