Dr. Luiscel Teofi Cabico and Dr. Fitzgerald Kintanar shared expertise in “Strategic Leadeship in the Margins: Driving Sustainable Innovation from the Periphery,” and Outcomes-based Education (OBE) and Outcomes-based Teaching and Learning (OBTL): Aligning Instruction, Assessment, and Learning Outcomes,” respectively.
Karabuk University (KBU) students, faculty and staff learned a great deal from the CTU Argao academics, who packed the venue to memorialize the first-ever onsite collaboration between CTU and KBU.
Following the stint, Dr. Kintanar and Dr. Cabico met with KBU rector, as the latter was delighted to essentialize the meeting, in the pursuit of a sustained partnership of two state universities.
More facilities were toured for the delegates, with KBU Erasmus staff Elif Ergin facilitating it, to acclimate the campus that sits in the Black Sea region of Turkey. /Internationalization and ASEAN Integration
