The recognition was awarded for Enorio’s leadership in advancing community-based environmental and resilience initiatives through Subang, a youth-led organization he founded and currently leads.
Through Subang, Enorio has spearheaded programs focused on ecosystem restoration, climate action, disaster preparedness, sustainable agriculture, and environmental education, implemented in partnership with local government units, schools, and community stakeholders across various communities.
Enorio acknowledged the guidance of his mentors, Dr. Pet Roey L. Pascual and Dr. Danny E. Carabio, noting that their mentorship played a significant role in shaping his leadership values, commitment to public service, and approach to resilience building.
In a statement, Enorio shared that receiving the Philippine Resilience Awards 2025 reaffirmed his commitment to service-oriented leadership and community development.
He emphasized that the recognition represents a collective achievement shared with the communities, volunteers, mentors, and organizations he has worked with in advancing youth-led resilience initiatives.
Enorio further related the achievement to his leadership roles in student governance, volunteer organizations, and community development programs. According to Enorio, these roles strengthened his capacity to mobilize people, engage stakeholders, and translate advocacy into concrete action grounded in accountability and collaboration.
The recognition highlights CTU’s continuing efforts to develop socially responsible leaders engaged in nation-building and community resilience.
