Cebu Technological University (CTU) has produced three topnotchers in the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), Elementary Level, as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Kassandra Cristina Evarola Amancio of CTU Argao and Davon Anthony Gonzales Boyonas of CTU Main both placed Top 8, posting a 92.60 percent rating.
Joining them was Clyde Zeph Fajardo Payusan of CTU Argao, who ranked Top 9 with a 92.40 percent rating.
In recognition of their achievement, the university will grant ₱80,000 in cash incentives to each topnotcher who ranked Top 8 and Top 9.
The PRC reported that 21,967 elementary teachers passed the examination out of 43,035 examinees, resulting in a 51.04 percent passing rate.
