Karabuk University (KBU) expects Cebu Technological University (CTU) Argao academics Dr. Luiscel Teofi Cabico and Dr. Fitzgerald Kintanar to activate faculty mobility in the Western Black Sea region in Turkiye.
The lectureship from December 8 to 12, 2025 is organized with the contributions of KBU’s Department of Western Languages and Literatures.
KBU, a state-funded top-performing institution in Turkiye, is expected to reciprocate the faculty mobility (and perhaps include students), as next year’s paradigms are hoped to have Erasmus funding.
