Cebu Technological University–Main Campus employees, led by Dr. Gregorio Pajaron Jr., wear ASEAN-inspired attire during the February 2026 flag-raising ceremony at the CTU Grounds.
This is pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024, or the “Revised Dress Code for Government Officials and Employees,” which requires government employees to wear ASEAN-inspired attire on the first Monday of every month and Filipiniana-inspired clothing on the remaining Mondays.
As a show of solidarity with ASEAN cultural identity, CTU upholds unity, diversity, and respect while fostering a professional and inclusive workplace.
