The Cebu Technological University Main Campus Guidance Services Center (Day Program) successfully conducted a workshop titled “Speak Your Heart” on February 18, 2026, for second-year students from the College of Education and the College of Technology.
The session was led by Dr. Josephine A. Villa, Guidance Services Specialist, together with the university’s team of guidance counselors.
The workshop featured interactive activities and structured discussions aimed at promoting self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy interpersonal relationships. Key topics included effective communication, verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, setting personal boundaries, and constructive conflict management.
By the end of the program, participants gained practical skills to improve communication and strengthen their relationships. The initiative highlights the university’s continued commitment to supporting students’ well-being and holistic development.
