In a spirited display of talent, pride, and sportsmanship, Cebu Technological University–Main Campus hailed its Mr. and Ms. Sulagpo 2026 on Tuesday, February 10, a defining highlight of the four‑day Sulagpo Intramurals.
Ralph Christian Soco from the College of Education (COED) was named Mr. Sulagpo 2026, while Julia Jamaica Offergeld from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) clinched the title of Ms. Sulagpo 2026.
