CTU synchronizes campus L&D programs through Trainers’ Training, consolidation

Cebu Technological University (CTU) synchronized its Learning and Development (L&D) programs through a two-day Trainers’ Training and consolidation of L&D activities across campuses, conducted on February 12–13, 2026, at Conference Hall A, CTU Main Campus.

The initiative, led by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), aimed to unify and consolidate L&D efforts across all campuses to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to human resource excellence.

The activity also prepared designated campus trainers for the rollout of the CTU Strategic Plan 2025–2030 through structured Orientation-Seminars (ORSEM).

HRMO officers, campus administrative officers, and planning officers from various campuses participated in the event, reinforcing cross-campus coordination and shared accountability in implementing institutional priorities.

In his message, Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, Vice President for Administration and Finance, emphasized the importance of synchronized learning systems in advancing the University’s long-term strategic goals. He underscored that alignment across campuses is critical to achieving consistent standards and organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino, Supervising Administrative Officer (HRMO IV), served as key resource speaker and led sessions focused on strengthening content mastery, facilitation techniques, and structured delivery of the Strategic Plan orientation.

The training combined plenary discussions with interactive workshops, including role-playing exercises that allowed participants to demonstrate and refine their facilitation competencies. Through guided activities and collaborative outputs, campus representatives developed unified approaches for cascading both L&D initiatives and the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.

Dr. Gregorio P. Pajaron Jr., CTU Main Campus Director, and Mr. Irvin A. Narsico, Administrative Officer V (HRMO III), attended the event and contributed to the strategic discussions.

On the second day, sessions centered on learning management strategies and the consolidation of campus-level L&D programs. Task assignments and implementation frameworks were finalized to ensure synchronized execution and consistent messaging across all campuses.

The initiative reinforced CTU’s commitment to coordinated human resource development and system-wide alignment.
