Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 issued by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., February 17, 2026 is hereby declared a Special Non-Working Day in observance of the Chinese New Year.
In line with this declaration, there will be no classes and work operations across all CTU campuses on this day.
