Dr. Jonita V. Literatus, Campus Director of Cebu Technological University-San Francisco Campus, has been formally designated as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the Office of the University President, through CTU Board Resolution No. 22, series of 2026, issued by the Board of Regents.
Dr. Literatus officially assumed office as the new OIC-University President on March 16, 2026, embarking on a renewed course of university leadership, public service, and excellence in higher education.
As a trusted academic institution among the nation’s state universities, CTU looks forward to her steadfast leadership in sustaining excellence and advancing its mission.
