To ensure effective implementation and financial accountability, Cebu Technological University (CTU) convened an inception meeting for Tier 2 project leaders on March 10 at the CTU Main Campus.
The meeting focused on orienting project leaders on financial guidelines and allowable expenditures, clarifying reporting, liquidation, and compliance requirements, and providing a platform for sharing best practices and success stories from experienced project leaders.
Led by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Development under Dr. Pet Roey L. Pascual, the meeting provided meaningful insights to project leaders from CTU campuses in Main, Argao, Barili, Carmen, CCMSC, and Danao.
Chief Administrative Officer for Finance, Dr. Emma R. Sacan, also attended, offering key guidance on financial procedures and compliance requirements.
The initiative reflects CTU’s drive to boost research productivity while ensuring strict accountability in project management.
