Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus launched its Health and Wellness Fair 2026, Luminara, through the event “All Genders, One Rhythm: A Creative Healing Space” on March 18 at the university gymnasium, in line with the celebration of Women’s Month.
Carrying the theme “Break the Shadow, Be the Light,” the activity brought together students and employees for a series of creative and therapeutic sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
The event, led by the Gender and Development (GAD) Office in partnership with the Guidance Office, encouraged participants to express themselves through various therapeutic activities.
Participants took part in sessions such as dance therapy, music therapy, fashion therapy, drama therapy, art therapy, and writing therapy, including integrated music and dance activities.
