Cebu Technological University (CTU) ranked third overall at the Association of Sugbo and Bohol State Universities and Colleges (ASUGBOHOL) Regional Culture and Arts Festival (RCAF) 2026, held from March 3 to 6, after securing six championship titles across various competitions.
The university showcased student excellence across various cultural and literary competitions, with CTU entries declared champions in Pencil Drawing, Pop Solo, Vocal Duet, Essay Writing, Storytelling, and Oratoryo, and earning notable placements in the Mr. & Ms. ASUGBOHOL 2026.
In the overall category results among participating state universities and colleges (SUCs), CTU placed second in Visual Arts, third in both Music and Dramatic Arts, and fourth in Dance and Literary Arts.
With a total of 240 points, CTU finished as 3rd runner-up in the overall standings, underscoring the university’s strong presence and continued commitment to nurturing artistic talent and cultural expression among its students.
