Students and employees at Cebu Technological University–Main Campus carried out a coordinated earthquake drill, practicing “duck, cover, and hold” procedures in commitment to safety and disaster readiness.
The activity was facilitated by the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Quick Response Team (QRT) of Cebu Technological University–Main Campus, in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
Pursuant to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) MeMorandum No. 15, s.2026, the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) is designed to ensure swift, organized response in the event of seismic activity.
