NPC Cebu, CTU strengthen ties on public safety education

The National Police College (NPC) Cebu Campus conducted a courtesy visit to Cebu Technological University (CTU) on March 5, to strengthen its partnership with the university in supporting public safety education.

The delegation was led by the new Officer-in-Charge of the NPC Cebu Campus, Moh. Zainul Abidin J. Ilupa, who expressed the college’s intention to meet with its academic partners in Cebu City and continue collaboration with CTU.

CTU Officer‑in‑Charge, University President Denilin P. Batulan, welcomed the visitors at the Office of the University President, where discussions centered on sustaining the partnership between the two institutions.

CTU has been one of NPC’s partners in providing qualified faculty members and experts who serve as resource persons for NPC training and educational programs.

Also present during the visit were NPC representatives, among them Professor Dr. Bonifacio G. Train Jr. and former OIC‑Chief Jhamine Rodriguez, MPSA, who joined PLTCOL Ilupa in the meeting with university officials.

The visit concluded with both institutions reaffirming their commitment to continue working together in promoting public safety education and leadership development.
