Cebu Technological University (CTU), through its University Planning and Development Office, conducted the First Quarter Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) and University Performance Management Team (PMT) Meeting on March 13, 2026, via Zoom, as part of its institution-wide monitoring and evaluation of quarterly performance.
Anchored on the theme “Strengthening Gender-Responsive Planning and Implementation,” the meeting served as a platform to assess the university’s progress toward meeting its physical and financial targets for the current fiscal year. It also facilitated a collaborative review of financial operations and procedures to promote transparency, alongside discussions on fiscal priorities and the recalibration of strategic goals.
Welcomed by the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, the meeting congregated CTU campus directors, vice presidents, university directors, deans of instruction, finance and human resource officers, planning officers, and budget officers from across the university campuses.
Key reports included updates on campus employability rates as of April 11, 2026, presented by Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Romeo P. Montecillo and University Planning and Project Development Officer Ms. Mylene Pearl H. Herrera. Administrative Officer V Mr. Irvin A. Narsico also reported on the status of submissions for the 2025 rated Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and the 2026 OPCR commitments.
Further discussions centered on the Mid-Year Self-Assessed Financial and Physical Performance Tool, presented by Ms. Yedda Camille Cimafranca, and the First Quarter Financial Report or Budget Utilization Report (BUR), delivered by Chief Administrative Officer for Finance Dr. Emma R. Sacan.
In alignment with gender-responsive institutional directives, the OIC-UD for Gender and Development, Dr. Mary Jane C. Sim, tackled matters on GAD activities with legal bases on the formulation of GAD Plan and Budget (GPB), submission of GAD Accomplishment Reports (AR), and gender-inclusive approaches and initiatives.
