Cebu Technological University (CTU) ranked first among higher education institutions (HEIs) in Region VII and placed among the country’s top research-performing universities, earning the Gold Award from Global Health Focus (GHF) University Excellence for its Scopus-indexed research outputs.

CTU was recognized as a Gold Award winner by GHF University Excellence for its research achievements based on Scopus-indexed outputs.
