Cindy Abanid and Marvilyn Palumar of Cebu Technological University–Tuburan Campus secured 4th place in the Vocal Duet category at the 2026 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival, held today, April 9, at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City.
Competing against 15 pairs, they represented Region VII (Central Visayas) and showcased exceptional talent and artistry on the national stage.
The duo was coached by Prof. Seigfried Mendoza and Prof. Bernard John Roger Olivo.
