Fortifying its reputation as a premier hub of academic excellence, Cebu Technological University made history by producing forty-seven (47) topnotchers in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
In the Elementary Level, thirty‑seven (37) topnotchers emerged, including three (3) Top 1 placers, while in the Secondary Level, CTU yielded ten (10) topnotchers.
They are from CTU Main, Dumanjug Extension, Naga Ext., Danao, Barili, Carmen, Moalboal, Malabuyoc Ext., Daanbantayan, San Remegio Ext., Tuburan, and San Francisco campuses.
In recognition of their achievement, CTU will grant cash incentives amounting to ₱200,000 for Top 1 placers, ₱150,000 for Top 3 placers, and ₱80,000 for those who ranked from Top 4 to Top 10.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced today that 63,377 out of 94,357 examinees successfully passed the March 2026 LET.

Among the Top Performing Schools at the Elementary Level are CTU Main, which ranked 2nd with 411 passers out of 458 examinees, posting an 89.74 percent passing rate, and CTU Moalboal, which ranked 7th with 86 passers out of 102 examinees, recording an 84.31 percent passing rate.
In the Secondary Level, CTU Main secured 6th place with 543 passers out of 617 examinees, reflecting an 88.01 percent passing rate, while CTU Moalboal ranked 7th with 112 passers out of 117 examinees, garnering a 95.73 percent passing rate.
