The standout opportunity—free board and lodging for the entire duration of the exchange program— is now available to Cebu Technological University (CTU) students as Daffodil International University (DIU) officially returned the signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on April 30, 2026, marking a major step forward in the university’s internationalization efforts.
With the agreement now in effect, CTU is set to commence the travel clearance process for qualified student applicants for the September intake or fall semester.
As the methodology entails, CTU will conduct eligibility verification of applicants, including academic standing and year-level requirements. Following this, students will be guided in selecting courses aligned with their respective programs at DIU to ensure academic continuity.
CTU Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Dir. Dr. Rhodora Magan personally reached out to Daffodil Group and Daffodil International University (DIU) Chairman Dr. Md. Sabur Khan to thank him for privileging CTU with such a “gallant” offer, following their meeting in South Korea last year, where the initial negotiation took place.
DIU, recognized in global rankings such as the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE), provides not only academic excellence but also strong institutional support for international students.
