CTU Main kicks off Non-Teaching Conference 2026, strengthening collaboration and administrative excellence

To boost collaboration and fortify workplace efficiency, Cebu Technological University-Main Campus opens its four-day Non-Teaching Conference 2026, gathering officials and staff today at a resort in Cordova, Cebu.

The gathering centers on updates to the new Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO) processes and forms, university strategic plan 2025-2030, University Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) policy, medical allowance and insurance providers, 2027 procurement planning, budget forum, and GAD orientation and planning.

The event also features morality and spiritual talks in the CTU community, team-building and structured-learning activities, and presentation of outputs (Operational Plan 2027).

Themed, “Gender-Responsive Service: Working Together for Excellence,” the four-day activity highlights CTU’s commitment to empowering its non-teaching workforce and ensuring that institutional services remain responsive, inclusive, and geared toward excellence.
