To ensure a comprehensive review of campus performance and quality assurance, Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus conducted the 2026 Campus Monitoring and Rating of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) 2026 alongside the Campus Management Review Committee Meeting on July 20–21.
Led by Dr. Mario P. Rebucas Jr., Campus QA, the sessions convened all office heads and personnel to prepare and present pertinent documents, reports, and supporting evidence on OPCR accomplishments, performance targets, and agenda items.
The review ensured that nonconformities were addressed, monitored, and closed under the University’s quality management system, while highlighting corrective action plans detailing causes, measures, evidence, verification, and issues requiring management action.
Dr. Rebucas emphasized best practices in risk assessment: integration with the strategic plan, alignment with quality objectives, stakeholder engagement, regular review, documentation, monitoring, and annual updates.
Participants comprised campus directors, deans, program chairpersons, and administrative personnel representing various offices.
