Day 1 is packed for Cebu Technological University students as acclimatizing Binh Duong Economics and Technology University (BETU) would also mean going to its sister institution Van Lang University (VLU), the flagship entity of the Van Lang Group, Vietnam’s major private education depot.
VLU, one of CTU’s earliest partners, has been campaigning since 2022 for a cross-cultural event to take place. Fast forward to 2026, VLU now hosts CTU through BETU.
Though quick as it’s only meant to optimize the Vietnam mission, the Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Director Dr. Rhodora Magan shared, in a statement, that it would layer the students’ experiences with a much clearer perspective of the strong allies in the region that CTU has managed to keep since 2022.
