The Internationalization and ASEAN Integration (IAI) leadership confirmed Dr. Alexandre St-Vincent Villeneuve’s another lecture come October, following his on-site talk in June.
Apart from doing research with College of Engineering Prof. Dr. Ronald Galindo , the Canadian academic would further his reach in the north and south of Cebu Technological University (CTU), where its major campuses sprawl.
He would amplify his campaign relative to a portable AI-assisted medical device for breast cancer screening.
IAI spoke of another forum with the College of Nursing, with the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) researcher at the fore.
Dr. Galindo facilitated Villeneuve’s visit, which factored in CTU’s depth in terms of visiting lecturers/professors.
The IAI leadership works closely with research advocates like Villeneuve, who earned his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from CTU’s long-time ally—UQAM.
