The Debate Society of Cebu Technological University (CTU) Moalboal barrels through challenges and opportunities of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN), in line with the university-wide caucus initiated by the Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Office on Thursday.
A first in CTU, the platform drew a number of southern students at the outset of the First Semester.
