Iranian water scientist Dr. Eskandar Poorasgari capped his Cebu academic caravan at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Carmen, engaging researchers and bringing the dialogue directly to their work on local wastewater conditions.
In an exit meeting with the Internationalization and ASEAN Integration (IAI) leadership yesterday, Dr. Eskandar said how such an encounter with Carmen proved particularly significant.
IAI chair Dr. Gypsy Rose Capuno facilitated the engagement, which connected Eskandar to the local realities that shape wastewater work.
The Canada-based research fellow is leaving the country on Sunday after completing a roadshow that took him to CTU Argao, Moalboal, and Danao. /IAI
