Japanese government officials and education leaders looped in Cebu Technological University (CTU) in a recent visit to map out a concrete framework relative to student/faculty mobilities.
Representatives from Mashiki Town, Kikuchi City, Kamiamakusa City, Nakama City, and Sojo University (SU) brought up once again shared visions in building stronger educational ties between Japan and the Philippines through the Japan International Cooperative Agreement.
The delegation also gained an overview of CTU’s academic strengths, expanding international network, and commitment to producing graduates equipped for a global environment.
Particularly, an SU-CTU partnership is taking shape, in keeping with the Internationalization and ASEAN Integration (IAI) leadership’s drive to have more allies in the region.
CTU Main campus director Dr. Gregorio Jr. Pajaron, College of Computer, Information, and Communications Technology dean Dr. Jose Maria Garcia II, and IAI Partnerships and World Rankings Specialist Sem John Barba facilitated the visit.
