Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main advanced its preparations for the upcoming internal quality audit through the Campus Presentation of the 2026 Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and the Presentation of the Corrective Action Report (CAR) Form on Thursday, September 10.
Led by Dr. Mario P. Rebucas, Jr., Campus Quality Assurance (QA) Chairperson, the activity brought together CTU key officials, faculty members, and non-teaching personnel to review accomplishments, performance targets, and other agenda items related to quality assurance and institutional performance.
Participating offices presented documents, reports, and supporting evidence for review. Units with identified Nonconformities (NCs) from previous audits also reported on their Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and the corrective measures undertaken to address the findings.
A Mock Audit is scheduled for tomorrow, September 15, to assess the readiness of concerned offices and personnel ahead of the actual internal quality audit on September 21–24.
The activity highlighted CTU Main’s continuing commitment to accountability, compliance, and sustained institutional improvement as it prepares for the upcoming audit.
