Strengthening further the nursing workforce with excellence, the Cebu Technological University–Cebu City Medical Center-College of Nursing records a five‑year streak of 100% passing rate in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) and producing a 2026 Topnotcher.
Notably, the CTU–CCMC College of Nursing ranked first among the Top 10 Performing Schools in the August–September 2026 PNLE, with all 69 examinees passing and achieving a perfect 100% rate.
This distinction was earned in the category of schools with 50–99 examinees and a minimum passing rate of 85%.
Remarkably, Vianca Abegail T. Guarin secured 10th Place nationwide in the August–September 2026 PNLE Topnotchers, earning an impressive rating of 90.40 percent.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 28,652 out of 37,359 examinees successfully passed the August–September 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE), posting a national passing rate of 76.69%.
