CTU Main strengthens academic excellence through AACCUP accreditation

To uphold academic quality and ensure continuous program improvement, Cebu Technological University–Main Campus underwent online accreditation survey visit conducted by Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) on August 24–26.

The survey evaluated four undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics; Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Home Economics; Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Information and Communication Technology; and Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Industrial Arts.

Led by the University Quality Assurance Office under Dr. Meralei J. Lawas, the three‑day accreditation event was joined by key CTU officials, including Main Campus Director Dr. Gregorio P. Pajaron, Jr. and OIC‑University President Dr. Jonita V. Literatus.

Overall Coordinator Dr. Jaime M. Forbes of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) headed the AACCUP Survey Team. The local task force was led by Dr. Randy C. Mangubat, College QA Chairperson, College of Education–Main Campus.
